Scope
This disclaimer covers everything published on betat.net: bookmaker and casino reviews, best-of lists, offer pages, betting guides, payment guides, blog posts and the links that take you to other sites. The site is operated by Turqena Web Media B.V., Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 36, Willemstad, Curaçao. The rules for using the site are in our terms and conditions.
We are not a bookmaker or a casino
Bet at publishes information. We do not accept bets, take deposits, run games, set odds or pay winnings, and we cannot open, close or verify an account for you. Every bet you place and every game you play happens with the operator, under that operator’s licence and terms. If you have a problem with a withdrawal, a voided bet, a bonus, identity checks or a closed account, the operator’s customer service is the first place to go. For unresolved disputes, UK-licensed operators must offer an alternative dispute resolution service; our guide to raising a dispute with IBAS explains the process. We can tell you what an operator’s published terms say, but we cannot decide a dispute or act on your behalf.
18+ only
Betting and gambling are for adults. The site is intended only for people aged 18 or over, and nobody under 18 should register with an operator through our links. Operators carry out age and identity checks when an account is opened; we do not collect or check that information.
Licensing in Great Britain
Operators that offer betting or gambling to customers in Great Britain must hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. We aim to list only operators that hold one and we name the licence holder where we can. A licence is the regulator’s decision, not ours. Mentioning a licence is not a guarantee from us about how an operator treats its customers, and licences can be suspended or surrendered after a page was last updated. You can check any operator on the Gambling Commission’s public register before you sign up.
Offers, odds and terms change
Sign-up offers, free bets, enhanced odds, cash-out rules, minimum odds requirements and payment limits change often, sometimes daily, and operators do not tell us when they do. Since 19 January 2026, bonus wagering for British customers has been capped at 10x and mixed-product promotions are no longer allowed, so older figures you see elsewhere may be out of date. When we quote an offer, the figures are those published by the operator when the page was written or last checked. The terms on the operator’s own site are the ones that apply. Read them before you deposit, especially the parts on qualifying bets, expiry dates, excluded payment methods and maximum winnings.
Odds shown in our guides are examples used to explain how a bet type is settled. They are not live prices and should not be used to place a bet.
Ratings are opinions
Scores, rankings and phrases such as “best betting sites” or “fast withdrawals” reflect our editorial judgement against the criteria described in our reviews: licence, offers and their terms, markets, odds, payment options and withdrawal times, app quality and customer support. They are opinions, not promises. A site that suits one bettor may not suit another, and an operator that performed well when we tested it may change later. Some operators pay us when readers open an account through our links; our affiliate disclosure explains how that works and how we keep it separate from ratings.
No betting, financial or legal advice
Our guides explain how markets, bet types and systems work. They do not tell you what to bet on, and no staking plan, matched-betting method or tipping approach removes the bookmaker’s margin or guarantees a profit. Nothing on the site is financial, tax or legal advice. If you need advice of that kind, speak to a qualified professional.
Gambling involves risk
Treat betting as paid entertainment, not as a way to make money. You can lose every penny you stake. Set a budget and deposit limits before you start, take breaks, and never chase losses. If gambling is causing you harm, GAMSTOP lets you block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites in one step, and the National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133 offers free, confidential support. These are independent services, not contact points for Bet at.
Links to other sites
Links to operators, payment providers, regulators and support services take you away from betat.net. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. The owner of each site is responsible for it.
Trademarks and images
Bookmaker, casino, game and payment brand names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify what a page is about, and their use does not mean the owner endorses Bet at.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Turqena Web Media B.V. is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of our content, from your dealings with any operator, from offers that have changed or ended, or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Updates
We update this disclaimer when the site or the rules change. The version on this page is the one that applies.
