The 2019 renewal saw Bull Run Byte add his name to the list of champions, scoring for Monmore trainer Kevin Hutton off an SP 7/4.

Born in 1994, he won a long list of important races, including the Brighton Olympic, Walthamstow Test and the Romford Essex Vase. He also broke the world record for consecutive race wins.
Loved by sports fans in the 1980s, Scurlogue Champ was a striking black dog who enjoyed such a successful career he is considered to be one of the top three greyhounds the UK have ever seen.
